Service Description

A guided awa session within the Wai Manawa Wahine Journey. Wai Ora is a grounding and elemental session woven into the heart of Wai Manawa Wahine. In this experience we gather at the awa to reconnect with te taiao, where everything moves in its own natural rhythm. The river becomes both guide and mirror, reminding us how to soften, release, and return to flow. We weave together: Breathwork - Using the breath to steady the nervous system, connect and open space within Grounding - Working with the whenua, hau, and wai to restore balance
